With the space-aged technology available on the Web, we'd like to provide you with electronic ordering. But those blasted contractual obligations keep getting in our way. So until we can work that out, we've developed an easy, comprehensive order form for each of our properties. Please print out the form, fill it in, then mail or fax it to us. (You'll need to include a voided check or deposit ticket for first-time orders of checks or reorders on which your banking information has changed.)

Please use the following instructions to print out an order form. If you have any questions about ordering, call us at 800-472-6346, and we'll help you out.

PC Compatible:

  1. Right click on the "order form" link above and release the mouse. A pop-up menu appears.
  2. Choose the "Save Target As..." [Internet Explorer] or "Save Link As..." [Netscape Navigator] item. A "Save As" dialog will appear.
  3. Choose the folder on your hard drive where you'd like to save the file.
  4. Click on the Save button.
  5. When the file has finished downloading, double-click on it and print out the form.
Macintosh:
  1. Click on the "order form" link above and hold down the mouse until a pop-up menu appears.
  2. Choose the "Download Link to Disk" [Internet Explorer] or "Save this Link as..." [Netscape Navigator] item. A dialog window will appear.
  3. In the window, choose "Source" from the "Format:" pop-up.
  4. Choose the folder on your hard drive where you'd like to save the file.
  5. Click on the Save button.
  6. When the file has finished downloading, double-click on it and print out the form.
