10. Q: How long will it take to receive my checks?
A: All of our checks take 5 to 7 business days to print at the plant, and you may choose between regular or Fast Mail delivery options. (Times are based on the standard time it takes the United States Postal Service™ to deliver a product, however, products are often received faster than this.)

Regular delivery: We ask that you allow 3 to 4 weeks from the time we receive your order to receive your checks. (Products are often received faster than this.)

Fast Mail delivery: We ask that you allow 2 to 2 1/2 weeks from the time we receive your order to receive your checks. (Products are often received faster than this.)

9. Q: When I send a message through e-mail, is it encrypted?
A: No, so don't include confidential information such as account numbers in e-mail messages, since they won't be secure.

8. Q: What time is lunch?
A: Oh, sorry, that was one of our questions. You're allowed to stop for lunch whenever you like. Let's try that again.
Q: Can the bank refuse to process checks that aren't ordered through them?
A: Your bank can't tell you where to buy your checks. Our checks meet or exceed all standards and specifications required by U.S. banks and will be processed by any U.S. bank.

A: Whether you order your checks through us or the bank, your order request, in many cases, is still sent through the mail to and from the check printer. So, it's just as safe to order your checks through us, and our checks offer a unique merchantainment experience and are way cooler than the bank's checks.

A: Every country has its own check processing specifications. Our checks are printed to meet or exceed U.S. standards. Wherever you are in the world, you can still enjoy our collector sets, checkbook covers (designed for 6" x 2 3/4" top-tear checks), and address labels.

5. Q: Should I be concerned about sending The Anthony Grandio Company a voided check? I worry about giving my account number to strangers.
A: This same information is available to strangers every time you write a check from your account. However, we are concerned about the security of that information as well, so we carefully screen and train our employees to protect your account information. Also, our company never sells any of your information to any organization–it remains confidential.
